Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting

The DuPage Airport Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (“ARFF”) station is staffed 24/7 by West Chicago Fire Protection District ARFF certified firefighters.  The airport currently meets Index B criteria with two (2) ARFF vehicles in service at all times. Please contact 911 to report all airport emergencies.

The on-site user-fee U.S. Customs and Border Protection office provides international arrival processing and clearance for aircraft with up to 20 passengers. Located on the 1st floor of the DuPage Flight Center, U.S. Customs is available at DuPage Airport 24/7 at phone number +1 (630) 208-6490
