DuPage Airport Authority Photo ID Badge/Access Card Requirements

All persons requiring unescorted access control privileges (as determined by the DuPage Airport Authority) to the Airport Operations Area (AOA) – Airport Restricted Area are required to obtain a Photo ID Badge/Access Card from the Airport Authority’s Badging Office.  Badges are property of the DuPage Airport Authority and shall be surrendered upon request or termination of lease.

Photo ID Badge/Access Card Appointment (Lessee Request and Authorization Required)

All badge/access cards are required to be processed in-person during the hours of 8AM-4:30PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week at the DuPage Airport Authority Badging Office located at:

Lessee Authorization and Request for Photo ID Badge/Access Card Required

Only signatories to a DuPage Airport Authority Lease Agreement are authorized to request a Photo ID Badge/Access Card and must complete the Photo ID Badge/Access Card Application on behalf of the applicant.

DUPAGE AIRPORT AUTHORITY MUST RECEIVE THE PHOTO ID BADGE/ACCESS CARD APPLICATION FROM THE LESSEE.

Documents Required at Badge/Access Card Appointment

Government Issued Photo Identification (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
Vehicle Information (Year, Make, Model, Color, Plate # and VIN#)
Vehicle Insurance Card
Lessee Authorization to Obtain Badge/Access Card (DUPAGE AIRPORT AUTHORITY MUST RECEIVE FROM AUTHORIZED LESSEE)

Flying Club Member Access Cards

All Flying Club Members requesting Access Cards will be charged a fee of $20 per card made payable by check to the DuPage Airport Authority or by providing exact cash payment.

Damaged / Lost / Misplaced / Stolen Badges

Immediately report to the DuPage Airport Authority at +1 630-208-5600 – 24 Hours.

The fee to reissue a damaged / lost / misplaced / stolen badge is $20.00
